Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During busy periods, order processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you by email.

Shipping Times

As we work with trusted fulfilment partners to source and ship products, delivery times may vary depending on your location and the item ordered.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
  • Europe: 7–18 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

Please note that these delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to customs, courier disruptions, weather conditions, or high seasonal demand.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Where tracking is available, tracking details will also be included so you can monitor your delivery.

Split Shipments

If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages depending on stock availability and fulfilment location. This helps us get your products to you as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. The Working Dog is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed or Stolen Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at Theworkingdog96@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist.

Once a parcel has been marked as delivered by the courier, The Working Dog cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels. However, we will do our best to help you resolve any delivery issues.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
